The Earth Angel Project is a Principled Alliance of truth-seekers, independent thinkers and ethical action-takers who refuse to accept manufactured narratives as reality. We are an esoteric fellowship of sovereign beings dedicated to reclaiming knowledge, exposing deception, and restoring balance.
For centuries, deception has shaped history and distorted the shared reality of our world. Institutions have rewritten records, and centralized powers have sought to control thought itself. The result is a landscape where many no longer know what is real; without truth, there is no freedom—only blind obedience.
Messages from the Heart
Our mission is governed by a singular authorial truth: Earth functions as a reflection of the Heart, and Angel means Messenger. Therefore, the Earth Angel Project centers on delivering messages from the heart to a world seeking the sacred science of reason. We call this remembrance the re-awakening or the lightkeeping. Every human being is a Peep—a free person of the world—and our role is to hold space for others to remember their inherent light and claim their power.

- Earth Angel Media is our broadcast and communications nexus. This digital heartbeat of the movement amplifies voices that challenge the status quo through podcasts like Soul Decodes and Studio 17, documentaries, and worldwide syndication. Here, we stand by a singular posture: Freedom Is Claimed, Not Granted.
- Web3 Freedom is our project dashboard and the 17 Wolves dev team “packs” are our technology engine. We use uncontrollable protocols and decentralized tools—including solutions built on Hedera—to ensure digital sovereignty and absolute ownership for creators.
- We The People is our business and economic hub. Anchored at PeepsOfficial.com, this center empowers individuals through “The Business of Your Life” framework and the Live Pure Academy, anchoring financial sovereignty and health autonomy.
- Earth Angel Prime is our flagship physical project. This 6,400-acre intentional living template will feature a world-class Artisan Village and serve as a worldwide prototype for sustainable communities based on voluntaryism. It will provide a grounded, real-world alternative to the simulated control of Synthetic Theme Parks.
- The Earth Angel Directory will be a worldwide “Freedom Directory” that connects We The Peeps across the world to facilitate the restoration of local supply chains, the decentralization of powers, and the resurrection of self-sufficient communities.
Standing in Truth and Natural Law
We operate as a tax-excepted principled fellowship, acknowledging that authority flows from the people, not from institutions. We recognize inherent rights—such as the rights to life, liberty, and property—that preexist any government or statute. Guided by Natural Law and the sacred science of reason, we connect sovereign individuals to facilitate the manifest reality where truth and justice are commonplace.
The Curator: Dr. Tia Jolie Phillips
Dr. Tia Jolie Phillips initiated and curates this movement. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a former military aviator, Dr. Phillips fulfilled her dream of flying supersonic trainers and heavy airlift aircraft worldwide, visiting almost 50 countries during her service.
Now, as a doctor of holistic nutrition and a serial entrepreneur, she advocates for both health autonomy and economic sovereignty. As a holistic doctor, she stopped taking money from people in late 2019 as the “scamdemic fraud” was being deployed upon We The People of the world. She is financially free to do so because of her entrepreneurial creativity and her business and investment savvy in real estate and emerging technologies. Dr. Phillips invites others to withdraw consent from oppressive systems and walk the path of sovereignty.
